Horrible experience with Finance office Worked with a fantastic Internet Salesman, Dan Hill, over a few week period of time to purchase my 2019 Camry Hybrid in September 2019. It was a plea Worked with a fantastic Internet Salesman, Dan Hill, over a few week period of time to purchase my 2019 Camry Hybrid in September 2019. It was a pleasure to work with Dan over the phone, email, and in person; he is a truly professional Salesman and his first priority is the customer. Unfortunately, my experience with the dealership was very negative due to the Finance department. My deal was a complete Cash deal with no trade-in but after the deal was finalized i was kept waiting to get into the Finance office for over 2.5 hours for what took a few minutes for me to sign documents and write my check. I own 4 other Toyota vehicles because of their quality and value but have purchased only 1 of them in the past at this dealership due to concerns. Another example of poor customer service on my deal was a proposal for my 2012 Honda Hybrid as a potential trade-in, i was offered only $2,500 for a vehicle in good shape - 1 day after this i listed my used Hybrid and in less than 24 hours I was able to sell it for $7.500! I was hopeful after all these years that the management at this dealership would make necessary changes to compete with the dealerships in Denver by being honest and working on their poor customer service. Very pleasant and helpful sales lady After my car was totalled earlier in the week, I had spent 4 days in a row on a search for a replacement vehicle. I had visited 5 different dealers and was very weary of obnoxious salesmen. When I walked into Liberty Toyota I was pleasantly surprised and very much encouraged to be helped by a friendly helpful female salesperson. Jana was such an encouragement after a very exhausting past 4 days dealing with guys who were more interested in making a sale than actually helping me. She even found a tape measure so we could measure the back of the Rav4 to see if bicycles would fit, and also was willing to have the previous owner who traded it in contacted to see if they ever had cats in the vehicle because of my husband's asthma brought on by cat dander.
