Service Tech Brien was very helpful changing the Audioscreen,so tom take the phones off the answering mode. I no longer needed them hooked up because of bluecoat hearing aids. He also showed the pro Audioscreen,so tom take the phones off the answering mode. I no longer needed them hooked up because of bluecoat hearing aids.
