My appointment was at 9 but I showed up at 8. Kodee Carpenter took care of me to make sure my wait wasn't long. At my request, he also showed me a lift kit for my RAV4 and assured me I'd be the Kodee Carpenter took care of me to make sure my wait wasn't long. My experience was fine. The service rep helping me was really nice. I came in the a 15k mile service and it took over an hour and a half to rotate tires and check fluids.
