I took my vehicle to be serviced and they told me my battery was bad which was 6 months old kept the car all day when it should have been a quick turn around while I waited. later said they got the two battery was bad which was 6 months old kept the car all day when it should have been a quick turn around while I waited. later said they got the two batteries confused and mine was actually fine. Then another story evolved when I called to complain. They said the guy didn’t use the right code when he hooked up my battery. I guess we couldn’t have double ch eked before I left my car there the entire day? Magically , it’s the only time I haven’t received a review to complete in my emails about my service because I made a complaint. I also tried to look at a new car while I was on site. I asked them where the new Land Cruisers were and the guy didn’t get up off his butt he only pointed down the hill saying we have a few but they are not available ! terrible service all the way around ! More

Corwin feels like a car-buying experience from the 1980s. Plan to be there for at least three hours, even if you're paying cash. When the salesperson finally gave me the detailed cost summary, it was 7% higher than what was listed because they had tacked on some random fees. So I had to waste time negotiating back down to the original price! It was annoying, and it made me wonder what else they would try to sneak by me. My Dad, who is 70, might enjoy the old-school haggling experience - but I did not. Then as I'm walking out the door, they say "by the way, the car doesn't have a spare tire." (Yeah, I know, I should have checked.) The whole thing left a foul taste in my mouth. Now, a year later, the brakes go out on the car, and my independent mechanic tells me about the shortcuts they took to replace the brake lines. He said it was dangerous and irresponsible to sell a car with the brake lines exposed. So much for that thorough Corwin inspection! Now I'm about to pay someone thousands of dollars because Corwin sold me a lemon. More
