Tyler was excellent at accommodating me through this endeavor to get a proper alignment. The shop foreman, Joe, was fantastic, and personally saw to my alignment, which was straight as an arrow. My only issue was discovering that, initially, my alignment was throwing sone weird numbers, and needed to be verified on the "known-good alignment machine." Perhaps Corwin should spend the extra cash to have their machines calibrated more often so every alignment machine is "known-good." More
Disappointing and insulting. I presented with a request to diagnosis the problem and the reason for the “Maintenance Required” light to be on and was told I needed an oil change I presented with a request to diagnosis the problem and the reason for the “Maintenance Required” light to be on and was told I needed an oil change and tire rotation. The service advisor did not listen to me say that I already had initial diagnosis done and the codes indicated a misfire and something maybe wrong with a harness. He insulted my intelligence and went to say the light comes on when oil change and tire rotation is needed. I have owned my truck for 16.5 years and I know it and know the mechanic that did the initial diagnosis. It did not need an oil change (2000 miles until that) and the light never came on for a tire rotation. You may ask why the mechanic that did the initial diagnosis not just do the work. He currently doesn’t have a shop to work in. Anyway… the lack of professionalism of this service advisor is unacceptable. My mechanic friend was able to speak with the manager and I didn’t have to pay for the diagnostic service. Nothing ended up needing repair. The free service is the reason for the two star rating instead of a one. I will not be returning to Corwin and cannot recommend Corwin to any friends nor family. More

We have experienced poor service the past 4-5 times. I took my Rav in for an oil change tire rotation service o mentioned that one tire was losing air. I had to return after a couple days because the same tire was low, turns out they didn't rotate the tires. We took my husband's car for an oil change because we bought a package, it turns out the service crew lost his lugnut key so when he had a flat he couldn't get the tire off. I had my breaks done and have returned 3 times because they did not replace the pads correctly or resurface the rotors. When I did get my car back I am now missing a hubcap and was told they would order a replacement and that was over 2 weeks ago. I left messages but have not heard back. More
