Worst buying experience I've ever encountered at a dealership. You can't trust her, she will try and get you to buy extended warranties on the vehicle and windshield. Most auto policies already have the windshield protection... so don't fall for it. I could never get her to call back back to go over figures so the Sales Manager called the day of delivery wanting to make sure everything was okay, nope! Extra taxes had been added when we had already discussed the price out the door which would includ everything. He made that adjustment and then the flip side only gave me 1 key fob, so now I'll have to purchase another one....kinda a crappy thing on the part of the dealership to do. More
