That's minor, I'll take the blame for that upon myself, but would've liked some more transparency. As for the condition of the vehicle, I'm more dissatisfied there. I'll just list those to not get too wordy: completely empty wiper fluid misaligned vehicle grime in the cupholders and shifter scratches and dings in the cargo bay window tint was scratched up scuffs on the outside of the car that were easily removed with a buff cloth All of these things together didn't make me feel like I was in a newly purchased vehicle, and left me disillusioned with the care that this dealership takes of their vehicles before selling them to a customer. It sat for under a week while I had a deposit on it, that would've been a great time to pretty it up and pay attention to those details before it left the lot. More
