I've owned Toyota all my life, in 3 different continents. Never, after purchasing a vehicle, did I receive such terrible, uninvolved, careless service, for myself as a customer, and my SUV. I bought a brand new 2018 4Runner 3 years ago, of which about 2.5 of those, my truck has had the check engine light on. Looking like a Christmas 🎄, and haven't been able to use many features of my vehicle because of the check engine light being on. No cruise control, no hands free, and many other gadgets that I have been able to use on my wife's Rav4 which we bought the same week as my 4Runner. It's been month after month of waiting for parts, or a sensor, or some other BS that never materializes. On my last visit this past Saturday for an oil change for which I'm already over by 1k miles, because they kept telling me to just wait on the part that's almost here so we can knock out both the oil change and the installation of that sensor, they had the nerve to, again tell me to wait until today, Tuesday 11th, because for sure the sensor would be here and it would definitely be taken care of. Based on my experience with LHM Boulder, I called before I headed out there to make sure everything was ready. What a surprise, after taking another day off from work to get this done, they told me that actually tomorrow afternoon they will be ready as they are assisting other customers. I pay over $700 a month, and an extra $70 bucks for extra cover and care. I have received neither. After over 15 years of owning Toyota, my wife and I came to the conclusion that we will not be buy toyota ever again. LHM Toyota has single-handedly destroyed our trust and confidence in the brand, and have made us feel like us as customers, and our money are of no worth to them. Yes they have great sales people, but that's about it. On top of all that, here I am still waiting on them to let me know at what time tomorrow is convenient for them, but I'm really just expecting some other excuse. If I could just care a little bit less about my credit I would not make another payment to them so help me God, as I understand I've been dooped out of my money for the past 3 years. This has been my one and only long-lasting horrible experience with LHM Toyota Boulder, but hopefully YMMV. More

Was told I have a recall that needs fixing I was given an appt two weeks out despite the danger of the recall! I called the night before to ask the time it would take to complete I was told 8 to 10 hours so appt two weeks out despite the danger of the recall! My appt was at 9 am my wife had a procedure done this morning and couldn't drive which is why I needed the loaner, so I was told to come in by 8 and that I could go ahead and get my loaner so I could continue my day! I show up at 8 to be greeted by a man who said what do you need very Rudely well of course I'm here for vehichle service but anyway! So he asked for insurance and I'd well my insurance proof wasn't suffecient so I had to call and get an emailed copy to show this service tech only for him not to care about the insurance at all! So then he said I'll go get your loaner you can wait in the lobby it will be at least 10 minutes! So I reminded him I didn't have that kind of time I had to leave to get my wife he then informed me that I could leave and get my car fixed elsewhere or I could wait! We then had an intense stare off and he said what do you want I said I want you to shut up and fix the vehicle so he got his panties in a bunch and told me to leave!Not to mention I drove 40minutes total of 80 to be turned away by a power tripping moron! I will never use them ever again and I highly recommend you go elsewhere!! More

I would rate this guy a ZERO (0) if this site allowed it as an option. Some people are just not nice and he really takes the cake. Avoid at ALL cost. I bought a used 2013 Toyota 4Runner from Larry Miller in Dec 2019. It was supposed to come with a primary and secondary key, but the one the spare they gave me actually belonged to another 4Runner. I neve Dec 2019. It was supposed to come with a primary and secondary key, but the one the spare they gave me actually belonged to another 4Runner. I never got my second key, but Greg, my salesman said not to worry about it. I had a year to get a replacement key at no cost. This actually wasn't true. I paid for the replacement key through their after market maintenance package, along with some other services that were misrepresented. I am still able to get my replacement key, but it requires Larry Miller to order it. They will not return my email or email so it's been very frustrating. I'd rate the customer service as inadequately poor and hope someone will respond before my maintenance expires. I also recommend everyone reading the fine print before the final sale. They conveniently calculated the coast of all the after market maintenance and services package into my original loan, which wasn't ever requested. I would've purchased some of the added service anyway but they weren't upfront about it. More
