Gave me the option to replace engine and cabinet filter. Chose to do it myself. The rear bolt was missing on the air filter cover. Will request the bolt be replaced upon next oil change visit. The ongoing construction chaos is not their fault- I suppose when completed it will all be fine. It is a very uncomfortable experience right now. I have only one complaint with service. I told them I am coming in for a 90,000 mile maintenance on my Prius. Service mgr never mentioned that there are MANY things recommended at this check. Up to $700 dollars worth of maintenance! So I did not have the chance to schedule more work that day, arrange the money, and leave the car for the day. Now I have to find time for another appointment. More
