I had a fantastic car buying experience with Corwin Toyota. Working with Jeremiah was such a smooth process. I had an appt for an exhaust system replacement, so I adjusted my work schedule to bring the car to the shop. When I got there I was told the parts were not in and would take another 3 weeks. My recommen adjusted my work schedule to bring the car to the shop. When I got there I was told the parts were not in and would take another 3 weeks. My recommendation is that any appt with a parts or other dependency be checked prior to the appt and if there is still something outstanding then Toyota service proactively calls customer to reschedule. If Toyota service doesn't the capacity to do this, then they can tell the customer to call prior to their appt to make sure everything is ready. More

Prices seem to have really gone up after the opening of the new facility. I was offered more that $2500 worth of just service items for a car only at 28K miles.
