The Sales process at Corwin has always been fine, but the service department, with a large and brand new building has always been understaffed, slow, and communicates poorly. I had to wait 10 minutes just to get to a desk to tell them who I was and why I was there. Then they told me my oil change was going to be at least 2 hours...which ended up actually being 5+ hours. I could understand that timeline if I was a drop in customer, but I had an appointment for basic service that is covered under the contract I purchased with my vehicle...5 Hours is just too long. Either schedules less appointments each day, or staff accordingly. Now that my contracted number of service appts has expired, i will definitely be taking my car to a local, more attentive, and affordable mechanic. More
I'm comfortable with the service I received at Corwin. I don't care to wait unless I'm getting an oil change. They took me home to Golden. Terrible. Corwin has had my vehicle in the shop for 3 months, and although I understand "there's nothing they can do" about the timing of parts that come in, I Corwin has had my vehicle in the shop for 3 months, and although I understand "there's nothing they can do" about the timing of parts that come in, I was certainly expecting a much different experience when it came time for the bill. No service credit. No call back from the Service manager Rudy who said he'd call back. Very dissapointing. More
