I was there for three hours waiting for my battery test after which I was told I needed a new one at a cost of $242.34 with labor, etc. I also was told at the last minute that my check tire light was stil after which I was told I needed a new one at a cost of $242.34 with labor, etc. I also was told at the last minute that my check tire light was still on and that was being fixed, but on the way home I saw that it was still on. I suppose I'm going to have to bring my car back in to get that turned off? More

I called over the weekend and was told that I could bring the car in anytime between 7am-2pm for walk-up service. When I arrived Monday morning, I was told at receiving that they were not sure that they had walk in hours that day and wanted to know who told me to bring my vehicle in. (I did not know the name of the person that I talked to and I'm not sure they gave me their name.) They took my vehicle information anyways and sent me to the check-in desk. The person there was also unsure about walk-ins. They checked me in anyways. It turned out the issue was minor and I waited maybe 30 minutes for it to be resolved. It would have been nice if everyone was clearer on walk-ins so that I was not anxious about whether or not my car could be looked at on the only day I had time to deal with it or whether I needed to figure out another plan. More
