I will be calling about my service yesterday when I have a chance but since you’ve asked, I have several concerns about my oil change and tire rotation yesterday, I am even questioning if these things were a chance but since you’ve asked, I have several concerns about my oil change and tire rotation yesterday, I am even questioning if these things were actually done at all. When I picked up my vehicle I was told “everything looks great except your tires will need attention soon”. Ok, great. I get home and look at the paperwork. Alignment says needs immediate attention. The sticker on the inside of the car says everything, including tires are great. So, which is it? Is the vehicle I am driving safe or not? I trust you guys to look at my car and say that it is safe but now I don’t know. I’m also unsure if my break fluid is good or not because they failed to fill that out on the form. Is tire pressure not checked when getting a tire rotation? My tire pressure light has been on ever since. I have had 3 other great experiences here (even great service through construction) so I’m truly hoping this is a fluke and I am hoping this will be corrected. More
Service at desk was very good, Andres was great. My tires were supposed to be rotated but I noticed that my pressure on tires was the same as when I came in - 33psi on right tires, 35psi on the left My tires were supposed to be rotated but I noticed that my pressure on tires was the same as when I came in - 33psi on right tires, 35psi on the left. I would have thought that would have changed unless the rotation was just from front to back. All said, the new service center is a nice improvement. More

I’m getting more frustrated with this dealership each visit. Their scheduling has become so off that I must always leave the car at the shop all day, even for things they assure me will take only an hour visit. Their scheduling has become so off that I must always leave the car at the shop all day, even for things they assure me will take only an hour. At check-in this last time for regular maintenance, I requested that they look at a malfunctioning tire pressure sensor (the owners manual said the flashing light indicated a malfunction, and we had checked air pressure multiple times). They said they would look at it. Later that afternoon they texted that the car was ready. I asked if they had checked the sensor. No response. When I arrived, they said they had no record of checking it, but they had filled the tires with air so it “should be good.” The tire pressure light was still flashing/on, so they decided to add more air pressure to the tires. The light was still flashing/on. After 30 minutes of messing around adding air and checking again, they told me that I would have to drive it 60 miles and then bring it back if it was still flashing. I don’t have time to keep going back to the dealership to have them recheck something they should have done in the first place. The issue isn’t that there isn’t enough air in the tires. The owner’s manual says it is a malfunctioning sensor. It has been flashing for WEEKS. More
