I’ll preface by saying that Yair was awesome to work with. He was very patient with me and my concerns with my car. That being said, my alignment became out of specification following my transmission re with. He was very patient with me and my concerns with my car. Instead of the service department rectifying the situation, I’m being told to spend another $130 to fix something that shouldn’t have needed to be fixed in the first place. I’m slightly annoyed. More

Took 6 hours for a scheduled oil change, saying they didn't have the oil filter. It was a scheduled service someone in the parts department didn't do their job. Eddy was not very friendly, personable or cheerful. He barely looked at me, both when checking in and out. He actually asked me if I'd ever been there before when I've been bringing my vehicles there He barely looked at me, both when checking in and out. He actually asked me if I'd ever been there before when I've been bringing my vehicles there for 15 years! Looked around the whole time, did not pay attention to my transaction. Disappointing service the last two times I've brought the Prius in. (Had someone else last time that was not very good either) You need more service employees like Rork, someone who cares and takes the time to work with you. More
