I brought our Prius in for a tire rotation. The service was advertised for $29.95. However at checkout there was an additional charge of $7.73 for Environmental/Misc. For a tire rotation??? Rork is always the best! I trust him to tell me what's needed and not try to sell me things I don't. The value-add of getting my oil changed and tires rotated at your deale I trust him to tell me what's needed and not try to sell me things I don't. The value-add of getting my oil changed and tires rotated at your dealership dropped precipitously now that I can no longer buy sets of pre-paid service visits at a discount. You really should reconsider that. I'll probably start doing them myself, as the cost is now worth the time. And this form, it doesn't even have the Service department employees? More
