Cody was so helpful and honestly provided the best costumer service experience I’ve had with Toyota. It was actually my first time going to the Boulder location because I usually go to the Denver loca costumer service experience I’ve had with Toyota. It was actually my first time going to the Boulder location because I usually go to the Denver location and have not had good experiences overall so I wanted to see what it was like in Boulder. I’m so happy I did. I will be coming back to this location instead because I had such a positive and welcoming experience 🙏 thank you Cody for your knowledge, help and for keeping it real! More
I do not recommend Corwin for service or vehicle purchases. My sales person was not knowledgeable about the vehicle I was purchasing and admitted as much. I received a less than fair offer on my tra purchases. My sales person was not knowledgeable about the vehicle I was purchasing and admitted as much. I received a less than fair offer on my trade-in, this eroded all trust I had in Corwin during the buying process and reinforced the transactional only dealer experience. I wanted to support a local business and was reminded of why I shop elsewhere for Toyota vehicles. My experience with the service department was disappointing. No communication follow up-I had to reach out to get updates, multiple missed deadlines, and damage to my vehicle in the process of repairs which still have to be addressed. There seems to be some serious management issues throughout the dealership, nobody seems to really know what's going on and managers aren't available to answer questions. Unfortunately Corwin has lost my business and any recommendation other than go somewhere else. More
