Took 6 hours for a scheduled oil change, saying they didn't have the oil filter. It was a scheduled service someone in the parts department didn't do their job. Eddy was not very friendly, personable or cheerful. He barely looked at me, both when checking in and out. My car was leaking oil a week after an oil change at Corwin. I dropped the car off and Seth go it in fast to check for the cause of the leak. I was welcomed professionally and cheerfully. In reality the car was ready in maybe an hour, probably less. I was pleasantly surprised with my service experience yesterday as it took 2.5 hours in my previous visit to complete an oil change. Rork was great, took time to answer my questions and help through the maintenance process. Unfortunately I can't say the same for the accessories department. Compared to my last visit, Corwin has really improved their service. The flow from the minute of drove into the garage was flawless and the communication throughout the time I waited was perfect.
