Super quick check in, nice spacious waiting area, good communication while waiting for my vehicle. Rork is an exceptional service associate, giving face to face updates instead of relying on texts. He checks in even when there is no new information, to be sure the client is comfortable and at ease. He’s a valuable credit to your team’s professionalism and courtesy. He should be the trainer for any new service associates. While the work on my vehicle took longer than expected, the work was done right. Thank you for an overall pleasant experience. Some healthier snacks in the waiting area would be welcome. Some individually wrapped muffins or scones, some gluten free would be a perfect accompaniment to the coffee. Also, there was a young child waiting with his parents who luckily had some of his own toys, but no child friendly sized table or chairs to enjoy. That would be a welcome addition to your waiting area I’m sure. More

I had several issues after the purchase, nearly all were on me. I need to learn new technologies and how drive a hybrid - very different from my old truck with a manual transmission. Corwin staff, again, were very patient with me and re-trained me on all aspects. I'm quite happy with this! I have had one service call and that has gone well too! I highly recommend Corwin Toyota, Boulder! More
