Ridiculously high priced for simple diagnosis. Service team is flat, like going through the motions. My advisors are almost always friendly and helpful. The service suggestions are almost always necessary and affordable. I also almost always get in and out within an hour to an hour and a half for an o The service suggestions are almost always necessary and affordable. I also almost always get in and out within an hour to an hour and a half for an oil change. Recently though, they’ve started sending home letters about their service commitment with the paperwork and one sentence in particular doesn’t align with the kind of respect I’d hope from service providers and is why I won’t be returning to Corwin in the future: “We understand that your knowledge of your vehicle and it’s necessary repairs is probably not on par with the understanding that your technician has.” It comes off as superior and presumptive. It’s only one sentence, so take that for what it is, but if that’s the culture Corwin is building, I’m not interested in continuing to get serviced here. More

They did a tire rotation and they forgot to put one of the lug nuts on my tires, next day I had my car broken down for something else and the tow truck driver is the one who noticed it. I called and left the lug nuts on my tires, next day I had my car broken down for something else and the tow truck driver is the one who noticed it.
