Shelby was top-notch and I couldn't ask for more. She was transparent, not pushy, knowledgeable and seemed to know the ins and outs of the vehicle. If the customer says no, not interested, you should move on and not treat them like they're making a big mistake and are making a bad decision. More

They completely messed up my oil change and all oil leaked out of the engine to the point that the low oil pressure light came on. Needed to have the car towed back to them, oil went everywhere on the leaked out of the engine to the point that the low oil pressure light came on.
