Came in on his day off! After a long miserable search for a third family car we found ourselves at Boulder Toyota and right away met Gary. We wish we had just started there from the beginning and would have saved oursleves a lot miles and frustration driving around looking at used cars that never seemed to be what they were advertised to be. Gary was quite on top of it, he let us know about a car that was still in the detail shop but would be for sale in the next day and called us once it was available to be looked at. When we went to look at that car we noticed another one that we really liked. We decided to go home and think about it. That night we decided that we did in fact want to purchase the second car and texted Gary early the next morning. Even though it was his day off, Gary met us and took great care of us. We bought the car and couldn't be happier. He even reached out the following day to see if we were happy with our purchase! We couldn't recommend Gary or Boulder Toyota more! Ty was the sales consultant who was my first point of contact when I called Toyota Boulder about several vehicles I saw on their website. Before even going to Toyota for the test drives, he was able to get me answers on a number of questions I had about the vehicles I wanted to test drive. He was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire buying process. He brought all the right people into the picture to make the sale happen for me and my family. Buying a car can be a stressful experience as there are so many factors that play into making the final decision, but Ty and the Toyota team helped to bring everything together to make the deal happen. I really appreciate the patience and friendliness of all of the people that helped me through the entire process. I would like to give a special thanks to Ty, Luke, Matt, Chris, Jess, and John and any others who helped make the deal happen, and I would like to especially thank Toyota for really making me feel like they cared about me as a person, as well as about making a deal that made sense for me and my family.
