This dealership has changed hands but the location is still there. Just bought my third vehicle from them and I'm delighted (prior two were Prius). I walked in and walked away with a brand new Venza LE still there. Just bought my third vehicle from them and I'm delighted (prior two were Prius). I walked in and walked away with a brand new Venza LE Hybrid after thinking I was going to have to wait (a long time) for a RAV4 Hybrid AWD. The Venza is same, or similar, all-wheel hybrid drive chain but more friendly suspension meaning a smoother ride over the road (hybrid EPA 40mpg on the AWD!). Also, Venza has far more features in the base-level trim (driver assist, hands-free trunk lid, proximity/no-remote-reqd entry, etc.). (Plus, they actually had one immediately available, white - my color - that is, for one day until I walked in and picked it off.) I've looked at Venzas in the past so I was familiar with it and open to the test drive. Shout out to Youssef who helped me find this awesome vehicle, stayed an hour after closing to get me set up, and was a pleasure to work with. Thank you, Dude! SO happy I stopped by. More

I purchased this Toyota in August, where they did a switch at the closing regarding my trade in value and taxes. I should have backed out then. When I arrive to check in for service, there are 2 sides with 3 people in line. The had 5 people checking in on one side and 2 on the other. They had me wait 15 minutes for 1 of the 2 to free up .
