Most of them were downright rude when I said I didn't want to put down a $1000 non-refundable deposit for a vehicle I had never even seen. Youssef was awesome, though. He asked about an order but never pressured me, and he actually followed up and contacted me whenever possible stock was available. It took a few weeks, but today I drove home in a new Tacoma thanks to Youssef and everyone at this dealership. Big thanks to him and all of them.
