Even when buying a car ;) What matters with a dealership is how they deal with the issues that do come up -- I recently purchased a 2020 Rav4 Hybrid from Larry Miller, which is a truly great car. Unfortunately, problems with the Title came up during the sale and problems with the body came up immediately after delivery. Larry Miller Toyota's people consistently did the right thing to address these problems and make things right. In particular, Matthew Lind, Sales Manager, marshaled his department and made sure all the Title problems were fixed quickly. I also want to especially commend Andre Alire, Service Manager, for all of this attention to the body issue which he solved to my complete satisfaction. Both of these gentleman are true professionals. More

You can communicate with anyone listed up to purchasing and financing a vehicle on their website. Free Carfax for the vehicles with VIN listed. Excellent transparency and informational. Vehicles for sale are at book and dealer fees are clearly defined. Refreshing. Filled out my information the night before. Ten minutes before they opened the following morning Mr. Marc Schellhorn (Sales & Leasing Consultant) contacted me via text and phone to follow up on my requests and questions. Marc greeted me at the door as they opened the dealership and offered coffee and doughnuts. Marc was quick, concise, knowledgeable, courteous, professional, timely, and made a stressful event painless. My situation was complicated by my 3rd party financing and the vehicle was traded in very shortly before I visited the dealership. Marc handled this with ease and clearly explained all steps and options available to me. Next was finance and Mr. Jess Spencer. He politely introduced himself and asked me a few questions while I was working with sales. When I got to his office he had solved all the issues and had the relevant paperwork printed and concisely explained what I was signing. Jess was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, efficient, courteous, and enjoyable to work with. This step took only about 12 minutes because of Jess's preparation & knowledge of the system. While in finance Marc got the vehicle ready and installed the temp tag. He also removed the license plates from my trade, in which they gave me book price. The whole process was very efficient and not the typical dealership model. I will definitely do business with Boulder Toyota again. Thanks again to all involved. . More

Purchase fine, follow up since then, pretty bad I purchased a 2019 Prius Prime through LHM. Charlie did the finance. Initially, we thought it was fine. But in reviewing the loan paperwork after th I purchased a 2019 Prius Prime through LHM. Charlie did the finance. Initially, we thought it was fine. But in reviewing the loan paperwork after the fact, I wondered why the loan amount was so high. Somehow there was at best miscommunication, and a ~$4k Toyota Care package had been slipped in without either my wife or my knowledge (we obviously didn't read the papers we were signing closely enough - our bad). However, on 12/26/2019 I contacted Charlie about the misunderstanding, and since the contract gave me 30 days to cancel the policy (which we were within that time), I took the opportunity to cancel it. Today is 3/4/2020. That $4k has still not reached my account. Charlie told me that it would be refunded and would be going back to the credit union to pay down the loan. In the meantime, that's $4k I'm paying interest on until I get the refund, so it's costing me for every day they delay. I have contacted Charlie multiple times. E.g., on 2/14/2020 I emailed him. He responded back that he was out of town, but he'd check when he was back in the office on Tuesday. Then Tu/We/Th/Fr and beyond - Crickets. I contacted him on 2/26, and included this statement, "You would never let a customer get by with, “I’ll take the car now, but I’ll pay in in four to eight weeks.” We are at seven weeks today since I sent the cancellation paperwork. Please work on this and get me that money back as soon as possible." Still crickets. Apparently, they are happy to sell you things and require payment immediately (or at least signed loan agreements), but getting money back to you is very, very, slow. More

Since I was purchasing from outside Colorado, he gladly sent a walk around video. I had multiple questions and did not hesitate to answer back even on his days off and after business hours. There were minor issues with the delivery of the car, but Parker helped resolve the issue. Great job bud! More

Terrible service, almost ruined my car I put my car in for a routine service on 1/20/2020. When I got it back, I noticed that the glove box was on the floor of the car. I installed myself. Then after 5 minute on US36, the front hood light turned on. I immediately get off the highway and found the hood was not locked completely. I can deal with all of those myself, so I did not complain. Then yesterday, when I was getting my car in a brake service at Brake Plus, they told me the engine air filter was missing. I was so pissed and called Boulder Toyota service manager and left a message. Not getting any reply from him yet. I am going to file a complaint at Toyota headquarter. Not sure if I can expect anything. I have been servicing my car there for the last 5 years. More
