A little late to review... but still very happy! Mark sold me my Jeep Grand Cherokee last year, I’ve meant to write a review right after because it was such a great experience. This was my first time Mark sold me my Jeep Grand Cherokee last year, I’ve meant to write a review right after because it was such a great experience. This was my first time buying my own car, by myself. It was stressful but Mark and his managers made the whole process smooth. I am partial to Jeeps now but I will absolutely go back to this dealership to buy another used Jeep More
BEWARE DISHONEST USER SALES MANAGER I came in to test drive a used 2015 sienna. I took the vehicle to a local mechanic to have a pre buy inspection done. Best $114 dollars i have spent. I came in to test drive a used 2015 sienna. I took the vehicle to a local mechanic to have a pre buy inspection done. Best $114 dollars i have spent. The mechanic found that the transmission fluid was bad. The car had 40,000 miles and the recommended service is at 60,000 miles. I think due to heavy use fluid had come to the end of its useful life. The brakes had been overheated and needed to be replaced and the outside mirrors were wobbly and loose. The undercarriage had a broken guard also. It was time to discuss the price. I told the sales associate that if they would correct the issues that I would be happy to pay the posted price. I was told that the Boulder Toyota Tec did not find any of these issues that were discovered in the pre buy inspection. BEWARE THE SALES MANAGER IS DISHONEST. He basically told me they would fix one mirror and that was it. I asked if they could flush the transmission and replace the brakes and was told they were not an issue since their Tec did not find a problem with those items. I would have felt pretty silly spending $30,000 and then promptly spent thousands more on a new transmission. IF YOU DO BUY A USED CAR FROM BOULDER TOYOTA GET A PRE BUY VEHICLE INSPECTION AND PROTECT YOURSELF. More
They like to price gouge their customers. I was interested in the 4Runner TRD Pro. Toyota stated this dealership had one so I fired off an email to see if they had it. They replied by email I was interested in the 4Runner TRD Pro. Toyota stated this dealership had one so I fired off an email to see if they had it. They replied by email stating it was coming in this week and it's price was $52,460. Er, MRSP for this vehicle is $47,460 so this dealership is marking up the car $5,000. Apparently they like to gouge their customers. Well if I did ever consider buying a Toyota it would not be from Larry H Miller. I don't deal with price gougers. Not even for "popular" cars. Avoid. Car that I had agreed to buy was sold to someone else Spent two and a half hours at eh dealership a few weeks ago choosing a RAV4 through the Costco Auto buying program with Vandy. In fairness Vandy is a Spent two and a half hours at eh dealership a few weeks ago choosing a RAV4 through the Costco Auto buying program with Vandy. In fairness Vandy is a very personable and helpful person. We picked the car that we wanted and it was at another local dealership. In trying to see if it was available we were told that someone had an appointment to look at it on Saturday (the next day) and we would have to wait for the results. However, not to worry there was another identical vehicle in New Mexico. Vandy emailed that we were going to get the New Mexico car (plus an additional $750 shipping - we agreed) and it was being shipped and would be at the dealing in a few days. We advised him that we would come in on Saturday and complete the deal. On the previous date at the dealer we had discussed financing and the down payment, we did not put any money down (we weren't asked too) because of not knowing which car would be available.. We got word the car was in (thinking it was from New Mexico) and I decided to drop by the dealership to see the car. Vandy was not there so one of the other Costco Sales representatives showed me the vehicle. Guess what, it was from Stevenson Toyota (Denver area). I re-confirmed with the sales rep that we were coming in on Saturday to purchase the vehicle. Mid afternoon Friday (one week after our first visit - the day before we were to pick up the vehicle) I received a call from the new car sales manager telling me that they had sold our car. Needless to say I was not happy and will never ever purchase a vehicle from Larry Miller car dealership and will be sure and tell anyone I know who is thinking about buying there of my experience. VERY BAD ethical dealership... Again NOTE Vandy helped me and the SALES Manager is the one that authorized to sell the car - Interesting that Vandy has not communicated with me at all - Have not heard anything from them... I also need to note that while I did not purchase my 2015 Camry from Larry Miller Toyota (Boulder) I did have that vehicle serviced there. Additionally, I have notified Costco Auto program about my experience and someone is going to get back with me. In case you are wondering I have emails and text messages regarding the offer, acceptance and the acknowledgment that we were picking the car up Saturday (yesterday). More
Best first new car purchase I worked with Beth and Stephen over the last few weeks when I started looking for a new car. They were both very kind and spent hours answering my emails with car and financial questions before I even walked in the door of the dealership. When the day came, they spent hours with me finding a car I could buy with all the specs I wanted within my budget. They made the financing process easy and when I picked my car they had the paperwork ready quickly and had me out of there as soon as they could, even when they were juggling other customers besides me! They were very knowledgeable and respectful of my wants and needs, and answered every question with confidence! This is my first brand new car, and I couldn't be happier with not only the car but the entire experience! More

Best car buying experience I have had. I wasn't planning on buying a new truck the day I stopped in but did just that after being impressed by the salesman (Sam) they had there. In my life I wasn't planning on buying a new truck the day I stopped in but did just that after being impressed by the salesman (Sam) they had there. In my life I bought about a half dozen new trucks from all different dealerships and every time I ended up regretting something and feeling resentful at all the haggling and games I had to play to end up feeling I paid more than I wanted and had to compromise on features. This time, totally different experience with Sam. He put me at ease by just showing me trucks I was interested in and sparing me hard sell tactics. He listened to what I wanted and he took time going through the inventory to find it. I felt so at ease with him I just flat out said what I was wanting to pay and with a smile he said let's see what my manager can do. He literally made it that nice. I know he was working for the dealership but he really made it seem possible that he could manage to have worked to equally benefit his employer and me, his customer. First time I bought a truck and had no regrets about it. Thank you Sam! More

He's honest, knows his stuff, cares about you as a customer, and is interested in giving you a great buying experience. This is the fourth new car I've purchased over the years and my experience with Noe and Miller Toyota was by far the best buying experience I've ever had. I'm out of state and wish I could drive the 2,000 miles back to have my car service by Miller Toyota and visit Noe. Great dealership. More
