I was frustrated to learn that the dealership had changed ownership and was not honoring the extended warranty I purchased a little over a year ago from Larry H. Miller (without notification). Requested an after hours pick up because I had work until 7pm. When I arrived to my car at 9 pm the keys were not inside and I was unable to leave with my car. Had to pick up the next morning. I appreciated Dan's excellent customer service. He's a sweetheart through and through. My only complaint was that we were there for five hours and it could have taken half as long in my opinion.
