I bought a car with cash from Corwin Toyota Boulder at the beginning of August '22, and as of November 1st I have yet to receive my title paperwork. Corwin keeps telling me they'll look into it and get ba the beginning of August '22, and as of November 1st I have yet to receive my title paperwork. Hunter and Brannen were fantastic to work with, and John David in finance was the reason we walked away with our Prius. I am convinced, after watching him be yelled at like a little boy and yet kept his composure and finished the sale, that Hunter Thompson has what it takes to run that division and would love to see him promoted when Corwin finally decides to clean house. Whole process was very unnecessarily drawn out almost taking 4 hours. They were always very vague with numbers.
