Service department does low quality work, and won't return phone calls promptly. We've had two separate service appointments, and both times, we were sent out with incomplete work - putting us in a dan return phone calls promptly. I and my family have been customers for over 15 years. Have bought 7 vehicles from them and have them serviced there. They recently changed hands, twice, so there were some expected hiccups.
