The sales person Reeves was very good and I'm happy with the vehicle. The closing of the deal was terrible. The salesman took me to waiting area and told the finance guy I was there. When he came out he yelled to me wether I wanted 60 mo. Or 72 I said 72. He went back in and came out saying he would be ready. When I went in he said they didn't have any warranty so he GAVE me one I said wow above and beyond. He said it was carchek or something then marked places for me to sign then the only paperwork I received was a carfacts. When I finally got home I couldn't get the USB thing he gave to work. So called my lender for a copy. They included thing called data dots that I still don't know what it is for 599 or 699 then they charged me for a warranty that I didn't even know the name multishield which they charged me 1600 for. I called the used car salesman and they said they can't do anything and the term of the loan is 36 mo. Beware More

Andre the Service Manager is great to work with. He followed through and made sure I was satisfied. When my RAV4 arrived he was flexible, had handled everything ahead of time and got me in and out of the dealership in a couple hours! Really wonderful experience! More
What a disappointing change from the friendliness of Larry Miller. I've always brought my dog, and everyone knew my name, my car, my dog's name, and they had a treat and a bowl of water in the ready. This time, I couldn't get anyone's attention, they were all on phones or computers, and while I was standing and waiting another customer, busy on his phone, kicked my 10-pound dog and told her to shut up when she started crying. No one did anything. One employee said she had no control over customer behavior, which I'm sure is true, but someone could have said something to the man and no one did. To my dismay, the three-pack of routine service for $90 is no longer available, and one routine service visit was going to cost almost as much. To be fair, one employee took pity on me and just charged me $39, but next time (there won't be a next time) I'd have to pay full price. This routine maintenance visit took three times as long as before., and you can imagine how uncomfortable I was waiting. I asked the service people to look at a plastic piece on the underside of my car, which had come loose, but when I picked up the car it had not been addressed. I will not be taking the car I bought at Larry Miller Toyota Boulder in 2009 and have had serviced there three times a year since, to Corwin Toyota Boulder again. I will drive to another Larry Miller dealership or find someone else local. More
Gary was terrible. Fraudulent and unethical pricing attempts. Lied about after market product availability. Never thanked us for the sale. Terrible attitude. I had a nice experience with the sales representative, Townson, at Corwin Toyota. He was easy-going, considerate, and polite. I would describe Corwin Toyota as a "soft" dealership. There is a bit of that "what would take to get you in a car today" feel there; HOWEVER, you are treated as a person first. [Edit] I had a special situation, and Corwin Toyota fast-tracked the paperwork for my vehicle to help. This really eased the burden on my part. Much appreciated. More
