I’d Do It Again Gary Hillman helped my wife and me find just what we were looking for. We had a pretty specific set of parameters including price range, mileage, feat Gary Hillman helped my wife and me find just what we were looking for. We had a pretty specific set of parameters including price range, mileage, feature set and model. It took a while for something that suited us to come through their inventory but all along the way Gary was communicative, patient and very understanding. When the right vehicle arrived he talked us through the trade-in and financing process and helped ensure that we were able to secure our purchase before somebody else snapped it up. On top of all that I find Gary to be a very personable person; I appreciated his low pressure salesmanship and I actually enjoyed the idle time we spent together waiting for various paperwork to clear. Ricky in finance was also very pleasant to work with. He was informative and efficient and had a similar low pressure approach. Overall, my wife and I had a very positive experience and while I’m not anxious to buy another car anytime soon, I’d gladly come back to Larry H Miller Toyota Boulder if the need arises. More

Amazing! I called around the entire Denver Metro Area looking for a 2018 Highlander Limited, with a very specific color combo. The other thing that I was looking for was to be treated with respect and honesty. I know that the car industry tends to have a bad name. I had the pleasure of dealing with Dan Schwennesen, he was actually the 4th dealership that I reached out to because they are the furthest Toyota dealership from where I live and work. Dan's level of professionalism was Amazing, what he said he would do, he did. I never had to ask a question more . He explained things to me in plain english and treated me like I mattered. When I got to the Finance department, the awesome service continued with Andrew. He walked me through every aspect of my what I would see in my paperwork,and patiently explained it all to me. I recommended a friend of mine there the same week because of the way that I was treated. Unfortunately, they did not have the car that he was looking for. I went with him to buy his car at a Toyota dealership in Aurora and that made me even more happy that I chose Dan at Larry H. Miller Toyota Boulder. I was able to explain features of his new car better than the salesperson that he was dealing with because of the time that Dan took explaining my new car.
