I had contacted him ahead of time to ensure that the SUV was available, and he had it waiting for me to test drive when I arrived at the dealership. It was extremely busy that day but John allowed my husband and I as much time as we needed to agree to the purchase price etc. Prior to driving off the lot with our new SUV John gave us a "tour" of the inside and showed us how to work all the various functions. Since the purchase he has checked in with me twice by phone to ensure I was happy with the car and had figured out the bluetooth phone connections. I struggled with linking up the messaging feature and Joh sent me an email link to video instructions. Great service. More
