Great experience, Nicholas George in sales rocks I recently purchased a 2015 Toyota Prius here. I had recently gotten a CPO from another dealer, but changed my mind and wanted to go green and get a more efficient vehicle. So I went in to Larry H Miller because they were the nearest reputable Toyota dealer to me. I was immediately helped, and received excellent customer care from the salesman Nicholas George. Nick was fantastic, and he's the reason I got the new car. Nick was the best car salesman I've ever dealt with, and worked around the clock to get me the best deal possible on the car that I wanted. There was no haggling, and Nick made sure to be straight with me about the options. List of customers shown me when I arrived DID NOT have me on it even though I had scheduled the service a week in advance. Last time in for service my wife waited for (2) hours without anyone coming to tell her the work was done. She inquired and they rushed the car through in 10 minutes and DID NOT change the oil (I looked at it when my wife got home - still dirty). A very poor experience. I told Melanie of this and she reacted well and made sure this service was done properly. I have been unable to get service thru' Chris Doerschlag as I used to. Scheduling process with Larry Miller is poor and the on-line scheduling did not work. A vote for Melanie and a vote against the servicing appointment process. Thanks for asking. John Bultena More
