Best buying experience I recenty purchased a RAV4 from Boulder Toyota. We had a great deal through the internet with Nang Ng (internet sales). We stopped by the dealer a f I recenty purchased a RAV4 from Boulder Toyota. We had a great deal through the internet with Nang Ng (internet sales). We stopped by the dealer a few days later to pick up the car. The entire buying process lasted less than half an hour. There was no sale pressure. Great service. Highly recommended. More

When I came in for my new appointment, I had another appointment 90 m Need to change my original appointment, which they did with no questions asked. When I came in for my new appointment, I had another appointment 90 minutes later. They accommodated me and had me out in less than 60 minutes for oil change, tire rotation, and inspection. Service adviser was very friendly and helpful. More

A Saturday Afternoon Emergency Warning A hot Saturday afternoon I was out on the road and suddenly the emergency warning light with a flashing read care and exclamation point appeared. The book said to have it woes to be serviced, which I did. In the tow truck we arrived at 5:00 pm and was able to get the car into the lot and sign paper work. My sister was with me with her luggage as I had been taking her to the shuttle to get to the airport, We had no ride to Longmont. When I asked about the nearest bus stop, Wayne volunteered to take us to Longmont. What a great guy. The repair work, broken water pump etc., was explained and promptly completed. Your shuttle picked me up at the scheduled time and I had my Prius back and running. thank you so much. More
