Mislead and Lied to I live in Colorado Springs and was assured that I could get any and all service at the Larry Miller Toyota in Colorado Springs. There has been a shaking feeling in the front end since we got it. In our first trip last weekend to New Mexico it got worse. We scheduled an appointment to have alignment and balance check done today. I was told that it shouldn't do that in a Certified vehicle and that my tires are cupping and I need new tires. But....they cannot do that for me and I have to return it to Boulder. The Manager made a special point to let us know that we wouldn't have to drive to Boulder for service. That isn't true. We were told that the vehicle was Certified and everything was in good working order. That was not true. The dealer here told me that the problem was the tires and I that need a whole new set of tires. That is not true. This vehicle either needs an alignment or front end work in order to stop the shaking and destructive tire wear. Now we have a vehicle that shakes, is wearing my new tires out prematurely and is unsafe to drive. We are getting the runaround! More
