Excellent New Car Purchase Experience Gary Hillman answered my phone call when I called to inquire about 2017 Rav4's. We met with him later that day and he took us on several test drives and told us so many great details about each car as we drove them. We had been driving an 11 year old Toyota Camry and were not aware of all of the new features available on the 2017 Rav4's. He knew what he was talking about, was very polite and professional and honestly seemed to care about us and the experience we were having. We made our final choice (after recommendations from Gary) and he began the process of trading in our old Toyota Camry for our new Rav4. We thought that the trade in value offered to us was fair and went ahead with the purchase. Gary kept us appraised of every step in the process and gave us drinks and food as we waited to complete everything. He also was able to get us an extra part for our new vehicle that we requested from the parts department before they shut down for the night. He then introduced us to Dan Schwennesen who took us through the financing process. Dan was very professional and knowledgeable about everything that needed to be done to complete the sale, had all of the forms printed and ready for us and walked us through with very thorough explanations of everything we were signing. We were also very impressed with Dan. After we finished the paperwork, Dan reconnected us with Gary and Gary took us out to our new vehicle and explained basic operation of the vehicle. Overall, we would definitely come back to Boulder Toyota and would ask for Gary and Dan again. The only thing either of us would ever change is the length of time it takes in general to purchase a new vehicle. More

Richard in the finance department was friendly and helpful. The actual purchasing part was fast and they didn't try to sell me a bunch of extras I didn't want like other dealers do. I just hate when places try to push a bunch of packages on you which increases the price but are not usually of value. Larry H Miller Toyota in Boulder was the only dealership in the area to not charge a deposit to order the Prime and did not charge over MSRP like other places I contacted. Gary was laid back and easy to work with. I would certainly recommend him and will go back when I need another Toyota. More

Beth did a great job of explaining the 4 Runner Offroad, and listened to what I was looking for in a vehicle (e.g., no fru fru stuff). Beth did give me a sense of the pricing and spent time explaining the various Toyota features - but no high pressure sales talk - really, just what I was looking for.
