Never been impressed until I came to this dealership. We came to this dealership because that is who Costco paired us with. We worked directly with Vandy and it couldn't have been a better experience. We came to this dealership because that is who Costco paired us with. We worked directly with Vandy and it couldn't have been a better experience. I had talked to and emailed with Vandy for a few days to find the right Tundra for me. I had an insurance settlement check, and the dealership took that into account when we financed the new one. Upon arrival to the dealership, Vandy had the truck ready for us to look at and test drive. We had a nice balanced drive that included some highway and some regular roads. He allowed us all the time we needed in order to make sure it was the right truck for us. The truck was exactly as described and we loved it. After that, we got started with the paperwork. This is the part that took some time, but I knew that going in since we have purchased and financed two other Toyotas through two other dealerships. The entire time we were kept up to date on what was happening, given refreshments, and weren't pressured into anything. It was a certified truck so I was comfortable with that guarantee. I ended up driving the truck home that night. Fast forward a couple days, I noticed a battery issue. It was having trouble starting after long periods of time and needed a jump. I called and they got me in to check it out. They replaced the battery free of charge without any hassle. I was very impressed with that! Then the big headache (or what I thought would be a headache happened). There was an issue with my insurance settlement check that I had received and I wasn't going to be able to get them the down payment (a large sum based on that check) by the time that I promised it by. I emailed them and I got a call within 20 minutes. They had a solution that took a ton of stress off our shoulders and everything is good to go! I am extremely happy with our experience and even more happy with my truck. Highly recommend this dealership. More

The Tacoma sells itself as the best mid-sized truck in it’s class, so the other half of the battle is dealing with the dealership. Not only were they welcoming, but Ty ran to the financing office at least 5 times to fight for the best rate on my lease. He is very enthusiastic and educated on the product, and after explaining the work-related reasons for buying this truck, they set me up with a golden deal. Take the beautiful drive to Boulder for a better car buying experience then you can get in Denver. Ty is now the man when i tell people “I’ve got a guy!” More

Great salesman, xxxxxxx manager Bought a new car from this dealership. The salesman, Ricardo, was an absolute gem. His manager, Tony, is an absolute liar. He claimed that he couldn’t Bought a new car from this dealership. The salesman, Ricardo, was an absolute gem. His manager, Tony, is an absolute liar. He claimed that he couldn’t touch the $599 handing fee because he would get sued for giving certain customers preferential treatment. I know for a fact that all dealership can remove whatever fee they want. It’s called sales. I also graduated law school and know his claim was a complete lie. The is no liability risk for removing fees. He’s just a liar. The he undervalued my trade in at $4500z I showed him that those cars were selling for $10-12k. He claimed that they would be sending my trade in to Utah or somewhere so his dealership wouldn’t see any of that profit. I checked their site a week later and they are selling my trade in for $11k. I am astounded how easily and repeatedly he lied to my face while claiming he was being completely up front about everything. He also acted like I was crazy for calling him out on his xxxxxxxx. I will never go back to that dealership, to service my car or otherwise. I am disgusted that they operate with complete dishonesty. Toyota, you need to talk to this dealer about their practices. More

Sales team of excellence! I recently purchased a certified pre-owned Scion IQ from Larry H. Miller Toyota Boulder and I am very pleased with the whole transaction. OK, I know, I recently purchased a certified pre-owned Scion IQ from Larry H. Miller Toyota Boulder and I am very pleased with the whole transaction. OK, I know, this is absolutely inline with the majority of the reviews about them, so where is the "catch"? Well, there is something quite unusual in my case, which is that I haven't seen the car before purchasing it! I happen to be based 1,200 miles away from Boulder and here in Ohio the Scion IQ is difficult to find. What is more, the car I really wanted happened to be there: certified pre-owned, accident free, low mileage, right color, right price. No need to say that the standards of communication and answers provided by the dealer needed to be very high in order for me to pay for a car that I would see after the payment. And this is exactly what the sales team of Toyota Boulder provided, i.e. excellent communication from the whole sales team. Basically they made me feel that I was not risking anything by giving them my business. Special thanks to Andrew Keadle for answering all my questions, providing all the info and following up in a very nice and not pushy way. He provided the little more I needed to feel comfortable with the transaction, and every time I drive the new to me super-mini I am very glad I did. PS Today I needed to communicate about some last details with the Service and Titles dept and I was very happy to see that the standards were as high as for the sales dept. A group of very well organized and professional people indeed. Bravo guys, you rock! More
