I'm happy to say LHM Toyota was a wonderful exception, and I had a great experience purchasing my car. I had done a lot of research and decided to purchase through Costco's auto program. My consultant, Scott (he went by "Vandy") was low-pressure, knowledgeable and considerate. I came in looking at a few different pre-owned cars, including a more expensive one that didn't really meet my needs. I ended up getting a car with a few more miles, but at a lower price and certified by Toyota. Jess also was very helpful in explaining my purchase options, and we got through the process quickly and carefully. I got the car for a fair-market price, and for the first time ever, I walked away from a car dealership confident in my purchase. Thanks Vandy and Jess! More

The only issue we had was that we did not get a very good offer on our trade in, but, this was likely because it was a luxury vehicle that I know the dealership has trouble reselling. More
