A couple of days later, after expanding my search to new cars, Willie Boyd and sales manager Matt Lind ran numbers for me on two vehicles. Again, the process was smooth and including no pressure tactics. My final visit was during the Bomb Cyclone, and John Lanosga patiently helped me test drive three different vehicles in terrible weather conditions. I appreciate his low key, knowledgeable approach. He and Matt Lind priced out two cars for me and then were fair and upfront during our negotiations. I walked away feeling like all of my questions were answered and that I received a good deal on a 2019 Corolla. Finally, I enjoyed closing the deal with Finance Director Charlie Madnikoff, who explained everything in good detail. I would highly recommend working with this team. More

I truly appreciate being spoken to like a real person and not as if I'm just another number on a sales sheet. Our most recent purchase, we worked with John Lanosga at the LHM Toyota Boulder. Not only was John efficient and knowledgeable, but he was also great to work with. We were looking for a family-friendly car and had a few options in mind. John respected our budget, and what we were looking for. He wasn't pushy and made recommendations that were only in our best interest versus blatant upsells. He treated us like he knew us for years and that we REALLY appreciated as it made us feel more comfortable making such a big financial decision in a matter of hours. He walked us through our options and gave us plenty of time to discuss our game plan together. We left with a vehicle that was exactly what we were looking for and didn't feel rushed or persuaded in the wrong way in anyway. John is one of those car salesmen that defies the stereotype that we've experienced at other car dealerships (not Toyota). He didn't take advantage of being young or ignorant toward cars, and we just really valued his entire approach. It was personal, professional, and trusting -- we knew we were in good hands. The whole process was a hassle-free, transparent, and fair exchange. I believe John is the type of salesman that knows his product well and genuinely enjoys helping customers find their best fit at a price that makes both sides comfortable, so each walks away satisfied and happy. That isn't so common these days, at least not in my experience. Charlie from Finance was equally friendly, knowledgeable, and somehow relaxed but efficient at the same time.
