One salesperson spent the whole ride talking crap about other customers they've worked with - leaving me wondering what this person will say about me after I leave. Another salesperson answered a personal call in the middle of the ride. Things get worse when you get to numbers. They're big fans of the hard sell. From doing the "let me talk to my manager" bit 5+ times in 30 min, to stating they'll let you predate a check and still take the car. Feels more like they're trying to trick you into buying a car than anything. Sale prices are often listed higher in store than they are online, so a $22k car will actually be $24k when you get there, and there are thousands of dollars in confusing fees (and I'm not talking standard state/title/dealer fees) tacked on to every purchase. I've visited this dealer multiple times for different reasons, and I always leave feeling gross and a bit baffled as to how I managed to make it out of there with my bank account still intact. More
