I went with a friend who purchased a vehicle and our interaction with Noe was nothing short of top notch customer service! This was a very pleasant experience. I was treated fairly and with respect by the whole team. They had a wide range of vehicle choices and they worked hard to give me a fair price for my trade in and to get and with respect by the whole team. I was able to test drive the vehicle without a sales person which felt very relaxed. I was not pressured to buy that day. They were willing to let me think about my purchase before committing and return at a later date to purchase. The price of the new car was fair and comparable with other dealers. Adam was honest and made sure I understood all the different options for my loan before dealing with the the finance department. Jess in the finance department worked hard to get me the best interest rate possible and to give me the credit union I wanted for my loan.
