Went to Ward Muscatell Subaru in Moorhead MN. They said they completed an inspection of the vechicle, an oil change, and a tire patch on the driver rear. I took my car to another Subaru who stated the inspection that was completed at Ward Muscatell was completely wrong and due to the amount of metal shavings in the oil and filter there was no way they changed the oil. My tire continued to leak, so I took it to Costco tire to place a patch. Costco did a thorough assessment of the tire and concluded the tire had never been patched or repaired. I contacted Subaru corporate to reach out to Ward Muscatell and they were unwilling to refund me for the services they did not do. Upon reading reviews there was at least on other person who had a similar problem where Ward Muscatell lied and the person paid for services they didn’t do back in May of 2024. Do not take your car here for service, they have already lied and stole from their customers do not make the same mistake I did. It’s worth the drive to R&G Subaru in Detroit Lakes! More

We're on our fourth Subaru and will probably buy a fifth in two or three years if Subaru has hybrids or electric vehicles with long range, because it's time for all of us to switch from gas engines for the sake of our children and grandchildren. I was in the office for an hour to sign the final documents. Because of that great care, I decided to make sure all my services were completed at the dealer. I have never regretted that choice for the last three years. The service is brilliant and timely. Everyone is polite and the waiting area is clean, snack-filled, and perfect for working while I wait. During my last visit, they made sure that I was able to use the one free wiper warranty, even though I had no idea I had it! The free car wash is a definite bonus! Extra bonus...I LOVE my Forester Sport! More
