My fiancé and I worked with Carson on test driving and purchasing a pre-owned vehicle. From the time we test drove until we left with our purchase, we were very impressed with his professionalism, kindnes purchasing a pre-owned vehicle. From the time we test drove until we left with our purchase, we were very impressed with his professionalism, kindness, and overall interaction with us. He shared safety features with us while we were test driving that ultimately helped us make the decision to buy a Subaru. His demeanor and conversation style made for a stress free, non-pressured process, which in turn made us decide we wanted to buy with Muscatell as trust was build. We also worked with Wes in Finance and had a very positive experience with him as well. He provided us with all the information we needed in a way that we could understand and feel empowered to make the best decisions for us. From both our interactions with Carson and Wes, we have decided we are Subaru people moving forward and our dealership of choice is Muscatell. First class dealership. Sales rep was laid back but knowledgeable and helpful. He asked me what I thought I wanted and explained the options available in my price range with Sales rep was laid back but knowledgeable and helpful. He asked me what I thought I wanted and explained the options available in my price range without being pushy or high pressure. Made me feel comfortable through the entire process. I was able to negotiate for the amount I needed for my trade-in which sealed the deal. I was also able to get a warranty for a reasonable amount without killing my budget. I already know the service department is excellent from previous experience with them. In my opinion, this is the best dealership in the Fargo/Moorhead area. More
