My sales guy, Greg Mickelson, did a great job when I purchased my used Outback at Muscatell Subaru in Moorhead, MN. He and the rest of the sales team were friendly, responsive, and trusting. I have only purchased my used Outback at Muscatell Subaru in Moorhead, MN. He and the rest of the sales team were friendly, responsive, and trusting. I have only had one minor problem with my car in four years and Greg has been a great help getting me in touch with the service department. The service department has done a great job with my Outback. I recommend Muscatell Subaru! More

They are a classic rip off dealer. I tried to buy a new car there and they played a lot of financing games (ie. offering a very high interest rate, then when I refused they called a week later saying they car there and they played a lot of financing games (ie. offering a very high interest rate, then when I refused they called a week later saying they were able to 'generously' lower the rate to 3x the rate of my credit unions offer). Total bull. Their service department does very poor work, especially work for the high shop prices. Not to mention that during my last brake job they left the lugs so loose that the rear tire almost came off on the highway, warping the rim. I would avoid this dealer! More
