2 Times in 1 Year! I just bought a car from Anthony last July and had not planned to need a new one again so soon, but right away I knew I would be going to Eisinger aga I just bought a car from Anthony last July and had not planned to need a new one again so soon, but right away I knew I would be going to Eisinger again. I called Anthony and he knew exactly what I was looking for. He called with an idea and it was exactly what I wanted. Bought it 2 days later and it was the smoothest experience. Very Helpful! My Husband and I had been searching online for months for the Chevy Traverse! It showed up last minute on the eisinger site before we purchased a Different vehicle. I was So excited, we rushed into Eisinger that afternoon and we owned the SUV by evening!! Very helpful and Nice! SEAN O’NEIL was awesome! We did leave the dealership last night and on the way home an hour out of town I started to notice a couple little things with the vehicle, so will have to get them checked out! But with that being said I would definitely recommend Sean and Eisinger to anybody looking for a vehicle!! More

Professional, friendly, and fun! My husband and I came to Eisinger Motors to look at used cars for our daughter. I ended up coming home with a lightly used 2017 GMC Acadia. We worked My husband and I came to Eisinger Motors to look at used cars for our daughter. I ended up coming home with a lightly used 2017 GMC Acadia. We worked with Anthony Juliano, and couldn't have been more pleased with the experience. He made us feel at home, and didn't pressure us in any way. He made it a priority to introduce me to everyone at the dealership so when I brought my car back, I would have a face to remember. I typically dread dealerships, and the pressure associated with buying a car. I didn't experience any of that at Eisinger. More

Irresponsible, Does not follow GM standards, Messy, damaged RO number 1909 Technician: Lonnie Reasons for visit - Power steering concern Did not perform standard inspection of vehicle Failure to diagnose co RO number 1909 Technician: Lonnie Reasons for visit - Power steering concern Did not perform standard inspection of vehicle Failure to diagnose concern correctly Failure to duplicate concern as per instructions Damaged personal property - light bar is scratched, wiring under the vehicle damaged causing auxiliary lights to flicker and be dim. Pod lights behind the grill which was removed for servicing access were damaged. Trash between the seats - the technician took vehicle to gas station, ate lunch in my vehicle and left the trash between the seats - Lonnie how was the corndog? Technician did not fill out inspection form as per GM standard resulting in lost time. Service Manager - Dismissed claim, says they accept no responsibility for their techs actions, or for the damage to vehicle. Vehicle was sent in prior to a cross country trip to Texas with a power steering return hose failure, Travis the service writer assured me he would take care of us. They called with the misdiagnosis of the hose being responsible due to age. I informed him that I am a GM manufacturer trained technician as well as Porsche Technician hence the move to Texas being for work. There should be no reason the return side should see pressure enough to force a ratcheting hose clamped hose off. Due to time constraint we had them just replace the pump. I had asked Travis specifically to make sure an Inspection was done, which did not happen. After receiving the vehicle and beginning our drive a family member noted the steering felt very wrong and if the dealer had said anything about it. Which they did not. Lonnie should have noted that when he went to lunch in my vehicle again, against the rules. Upon 4 wheel drive being activated my family member almost hit the ditch. I'm suspecting ball joints and control arm bushing. This resulted in us having to park my vehicle and borrow my grandfather's truck so that he can have my truck sent off to another shop to have the front end done and trade back when it's all done (w/reimbursement of course) 1,800+ miles one way. Thanks Eisinger for the wasted time and lack of owning up to your faults. Will never recommend. More
