The last sales person I worked with didn't return calls or texts so I had lost the opportunity on a different vehicle. This wasn't the case with Hitch, he was always quick to reply. More

Nice at the beginning Mike was very helpful and kind. But once we signed the papers, they seemed to care less. Called several times to get an issue fixed (that they said they would get fixed before I signed the papers. so if you see an issue get it on paper no matter how little it is) and couldn’t even schedule an appointment till I physically went in there and got one scheduled. I felt very unwanted when I dropped off the car. I felt like they were annoyed that I would even asked them to fix my car. Still have issues, but they aren’t willing to deal with them. I made the mistake of trusting this dealership. Thinking that they would take care of us after we purchased it, but I don’t feel like I would be fairly taken care of. I will not be taking the car back even for the free oil change. I do not trust that things will go easy and I’m worried that I will have to pay for something that’s not needed. More
