$2400 to no not fix it I took my Cadillac SRX in to be repaired. All they did was change out some unrelated parts to the tune of $2400. My fault for not immediately taking I took my Cadillac SRX in to be repaired. All they did was change out some unrelated parts to the tune of $2400. My fault for not immediately taking it right back in and being charged another $2,000 for it to be fixed right. I lived with the thumping until it soured us and we sold it. Worst car we've ever owned. We could've fallen in love with it if it were fixed right the first time. More

Outstanding Customer Service I was put in touch with Paul Heidegger by a mutual friend, not only did he get me the car that I was looking for, he went above and beyond. He picked me up from the airport and brought me to the dealership where he made me feel right at home. After buying the car he personally went through all of the functions with me and asked me if I had any questions on anything.
