Duped by the dealership Living in the harsh conditions of a northwestern Montana lifestyle, I was in the market for a 4wd vehicle. Unfortunately, I ended up at Eisinger Motor Living in the harsh conditions of a northwestern Montana lifestyle, I was in the market for a 4wd vehicle. Unfortunately, I ended up at Eisinger Motors and was completely taken advantage of. The dealership advertised a Chevy Tahoe WITH 4wd on Facebook, to which I still have the advertisement as proof. Come to find out, the Tahoe is EQUIPPED with 4wd, but they failed to disclose that there are several gears inside the transfer case that are slipping, causing the 4wd NOT to engage. They tell me this 12 days AFTER I purchased this Tahoe with CASH and basically tell me “too bad so sad.” This company only cares about the sale, not the customer. A complaint will be filed here, with the Consumer Protection Agency and with the Better Business Bureau :( More

It has everything you can get on a High Country, other than a transmission that works correctly! I have taken it in to have the problem fixed NUMEROUS times and got the same result EVERYTIME! I finally talked with Ben Eisinger, he then talked with the Service manager and he then told me that they have done everything that GM will allow them to do! WHAT? He said there is NOTHING else they can do to fix the issue with my truck!! I wonder why the dealership did not contact GM of this ongoing issue and have them authorize the repair needed to fix the transmission!! I since have been in contact with GM and started a case file to have my vehicle fixed! I am now waiting to hear back from GM, wish me luck, I have a bad feeling I will need a lot of luck. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER GM PRODUCT AGAIN!! More

This is dishonest and I would not expect it from a dealership. I was very disappointed to know they aren't as honest and above board as they first seemed. This blurrs a line that I thought was very distinctive between dealerships and buy here pay here car sales. I honestly thought that dealerships were trying to move away from the slimy dishonest reputation, but I was wrong. Just like it's illegal for you to sell me a house without disclosing what you know is wrong, it should be illegal for you to sell me a car without disclosing what you know is wrong. You try to justify it by upselling a $3000 policy, which allows you to be dishonest. In the end, it's the dishonest behavior that bothers me the most. More
