Misty we are sorry you experienced a problem with your Tahoe. Unfortunately wholesale to the public vehicles with over 150,000 miles things occasionally break. When you purchased the vehicle, after checking it out, you gave us a list of things that you wanted fixed before you would buy it. We agreed, and fixed all of those items prior to you taking delivery of the Tahoe. We understand your frustration with only having it a short time when you suffered an issue with your transfer case.

I’m sorry, there was not a “LIST” of things that I demanded to be fixed. The check engine light was on during my test drive. The ONLY thing I asked to be fixed was what was causing the check engine light to come on. I don’t think that was unreasonable. I just don’t think you all want to accept responsibility for selling a 4wd knowing that it wasn’t true to your advertising. This isn’t something that just happened to unfortunately happen once I took ownership. It’s been that way for at LEAST a year. The car fax shows a problem before I bought it. Unfortunately, I was ALSO given a car fax about my vehicle AFTER I exchanged monies 🙄 STILL DUPED BY EISINGER

On our 'wholesale to the public' vehicles, we encourage our customers to have them inspected by an outside shop or mechanic prior to purchase. These are typically vehicles that we would just send to auction, do not inspect, and now offer them wholesale to the public at a greatly reduced price. Glad you had it inspected and knew what it needed to be a reliable vehicle.

We're sorry you feel that way Zachary. As you recall, when you let us know about your issue, we offered to help you with any out of pocket expense to correct it. Thankfully, the minor issue with your 2014 Silverado was actually covered at no cost to you under the original factory warranty. We strive to take the utmost care of all of our customers, but asking us to pay your car payment for compensation of having your truck fixed for free still just doesn't add up. We'd be glad to discuss the situation further with you at any time.
