Excellent service and sales! On Monday, January 9, 2017, on the third day of a 1350 mile drive from Northridge, California, to Kalispell, Montana, I lost control of my 2006 Saturn On Monday, January 9, 2017, on the third day of a 1350 mile drive from Northridge, California, to Kalispell, Montana, I lost control of my 2006 Saturn Ion on Highway 83 under snowy conditions 80 miles south of Kalispell. I survived the accident without a scratch even though my car rolled over once while sliding 35 feet down an embankment and landing on the driver's side. My car, once towed to Kalispell and evaluated, was determined to be totalled by my insurance company. I had not bought a car in ten years, so I had no idea what I really needed to have, and what I could afford. Because I had been impressed with the maintenance service on my Saturn at Eisinger Motors over the course of 30 months, I chose to visit this dealership to find a replacement vehicle. My first visit was later that week, just before closing, when I met Anthony Juliano, and we set a time for me to come back before the week was over. We spent most of the day together test driving new and used vehicles that might fit my needs. There was absolutely no pressure from Anthony. Instead, he was extremely patient, friendly, and knowledgeable about his vehicles and in assessing my needs in ways that I hadn't even thought about. Interestingly, after considering several cars, the first car we looked at became the car I decided to purchase. Finance was arranged that same day, and I drove the car off the lot the next day. The entire process was efficient and painless. Anthony made it that way. Although I was convinced at the time that I had made the right choice, the more I drive the car, the more and more satisfied I am with Anthony Guliano, Eisinger Motors, the process, and, of course, my new car. I must add that among other possible programs for purchasing a vehicle, I went to Eisinger Motors because of the service they had given me on my Saturn. In the final analysis, if the product is good (which it is at Eisinger Motors), then the rest is really all about the service. That's what brings customers back...just like me. However, that was out of the question for me, so I had to go back to Eisinger Motors right away for a car, a second time. Already familiar with the process, I knew a little about what I was looking for & getting into, but was very overwhelmed & nervous. Frenchy was very kind right away & not only made me feel more comfortable while test driving & going through my different options, but also took my fear of driving into consideration & helped me as best he could to encourage me to not be so overwhelmed by the car buying process. Unlike the stereotypical salesman, Frenchy was/is extremely honest and helpful with me & did everything he could to make sure I was making choices fit for me. Greg Eisinger, the owner, and Paul Anderson, the sales consultant , are both great to work with and upfront on all the details of the transaction. Once I decide on a vehicle, the last thing I want to do is to spend 2 hours in the finance manager's office completing the paperwork. As I requested, all the paperwork was completed before I came in for delivery of the vehicle; I spent about 5 minutes with JD Dykes, the finance manager, signing all the required documents and about 20 minutes with Paul Anderson as he synced by cell phone and reviewed all the details of the vehicle (thank you Paul), so I was out of there with my new Silverado within 30 minutes, just as I had requested!
