Frenchy (the fun name he calls himself since his real name is much harder to pronounce) found us half frozen looking over the trucks in stock. He quickly got us into the dealership where we were not only warmed up with the furnace, but also with his smile. From there the experience went very well. I really felt like Frenchy went the extra mile finding us all of the incentives that we qualified for to purchase the truck.
