I have never worked with a more incompetent dealership. We bought 3 vehicles from them over the course of 3yrs and every one of them ended up having issues right off the bat. One of our trucks wasn't even serviced before they left us buy it. We came back in with an array of problems to which they tried to make us pay $400+. When confronted the service manager at the time even said, "oh nothing was even done with this when we got it." They had ZERO records of anything but detailing done to it, and we had to bring it back in within a week for almost an entire in depth service. Flash forward to the next vehicle, they started off by royally messing it up by putting the wrong oil in. That caused repeated issues with censors and other things for MONTHS. They got their hands on it one more time before we went somewhere else and messed it up even MORE. Now, driving across country to move, we broke down in Bath, NY because of THEIR negligence and horrible servicing. They take no responsibility and continue to let their service department damage vehicles, or just completely ignore them and put them on the lot. They aren't only negligent, they're not safe. I'm so glad we moved and will never deal with them again. Good riddance. More
This is the most ATROCIOUS DEALERSHIP that I have ever seen or dealt with. Once a vehicle is sold to the customer, getting service help, for the purchased vehicle is zero to none! Calling the parts depart seen or dealt with. Once a vehicle is sold to the customer, getting service help, for the purchased vehicle is zero to none! Calling the parts department, you can either get put on hold, the elevator music is terrible, or you can get passed around like a soccer ball, until you do get to talk to someone that is as clueless as a mannequin More

We were able to stop him short of the usual car-salesman probing questioning & he switched to a far mor business like listening to what we needed. This is very unusual & much more in tune with how we expect. After hearing the outline of our minimum requirements, Tim asked two more questions about price & financing. That was it! Tim then asked 8f we'd like some coffee or water to which we said no thanks. Excusing himself, he checked inventory & brought one pickup tothe front area. In the shortest time we thought possible he walked us around it described its features, miles etc. & Waited. That wait was critical to our even considering the dealership, Tim, or the vehicle. We knew we were more than a meal ticket, we were real customers. We asked to test drive this one, obviously knowing Tim as a "car salesman" could push anyone into buying. But his skills & friendlness could close a deal. After test driving,we asked a few mor questions from which Tim observed pur interest. It was a short walk for he & us to come to final closur. After all this, we ask if we could get help moving all our things to our new GMC & Tim volunteered his help. It took slmost an hour of his help to move everything between the 2 pickups with Tim's help Three things were critical to completion of this sale: 1. Tim being willing to listen to our needs instead of operating from a : checklist mentality. 2. Knowing how the product line fit our specific needs. 3. Having a willingness to go beyond the standard training & concepts of sales vs. sucker with cash. We highly recommend Tim for recognition as best salesman. More
We had a roll over a few weeks ago with our Acadia and went back to Corwin to buy from them again. Frenchie helped us determine what the value was for the Acadia to turn in for the insurance company. Then went back to Corwin to buy from them again. Frenchie helped us determine what the value was for the Acadia to turn in for the insurance company. Then he helped us pick our another SUV. We bought a 2018 Chevrolet Traverse. We had the SUV within days! We bought with confidence and NO pressure. It was a also a fair price. It was a pleasure to work with Frenchie. Thank you for all your hard work! -The Morigeau’s More
I would not go back to this dealership ever again. They left my air intake tube unhooked when the changed the air filter and when I told them about it they became dismissive and then defensive. I do not trust the service manager or the oil change technicians. The general manager of the dealership never even reached out. They also say they will pay you 100$ for sending someone In to buy a vehicle but never paid me that either. Go to Don K or Karl Tyler. They will give you a warranty that Corwin will charge you extra for. More
