We mentioned this to Anthony when we first met him, and that was the reason for our visit. He Didn't pressure us into thinking that the only way out was to buy a new car regardless of the price, but rather he walked us through different scenarios that may work.. As it worked out, none of these worked out. He mentioned however that he was going to try one more thing that would take a little footwork on his end.A week later he called with a different deal that worked and My wife drove her new car home that day. i have to say we were impressed with how relaxed the whole deal was. Anthony Juliano found me a vehicle that checked all of those boxes. Additionally, I needed a vehicle that my elderly and infirm mother could get into and out of easily. I wish I had a video of the difficulties she faced with my old car, but she'd never allow that!. The day after Anthony helped me select a new vehicle, she was in and out of it four times in a few hours with little to no effort. I felt very comfortable making my purchase using in-house financing at a great rate! Anthony introduced me to several employees whose names I've unfortunately forgotten. That they were genuinely friendly to one another and to me stands out in my mind. I feel comfortable about my visit to their service department for a free oil change! I thought my 2010 was a great truck, but the 2017 blew it away in many respects and in many way; boy they just keep getting better and better. Eisinger Motors exceeded our expectations We went to Eisinger's to test drive a CT6 Cadillac to compare it to two other vehicles that we were considering for our "retirement luxury vehicle". We went to Eisinger's to test drive a CT6 Cadillac to compare it to two other vehicles that we were considering for our "retirement luxury vehicle". We were assuming that we would have to wait about six months to make the trade in because we knew that the value of our trade in wasn't as high as the balance on our loan, so we didn't even have it with us. Curt Lembke had the CT6 waiting for us when we arrived (after driving the three hours that it takes us to get from home to Kalispell). We loved the car but I wanted to be sure that it was the best choice. Curt went out with us for two more test drives - a smaller, less expensive all-wheel drive ATS4, and a used XTS that only had 12,000 miles. There was no comparison to the CT6 and I was SOLD! My husband returned to Eisinger's the next day with our trade-in and Curt worked through the entire process of completing all the paperwork that goes into buying a new car and we couldn't be happier with the customer care we received from Curt, Julie & JD, who were all involved with our transaction. More
