He was great. This is a service that needs to be disclosed to the customer but more importantly, the customer needs to agree to it before it's performed. I would not have agreed to it and the cost, $199.00. More

We mentioned this to Anthony when we first met him, and that was the reason for our visit. He Didn't pressure us into thinking that the only way out was to buy a new car regardless of the price, but rather he walked us through different scenarios that may work.. As it worked out, none of these worked out. He mentioned however that he was going to try one more thing that would take a little footwork on his end.A week later he called with a different deal that worked and My wife drove her new car home that day. i have to say we were impressed with how relaxed the whole deal was. Anthony Juliano found me a vehicle that checked all of those boxes. Additionally, I needed a vehicle that my elderly and infirm mother could get into and out of easily. I wish I had a video of the difficulties she faced with my old car, but she'd never allow that!. The day after Anthony helped me select a new vehicle, she was in and out of it four times in a few hours with little to no effort. I felt very comfortable making my purchase using in-house financing at a great rate! Anthony introduced me to several employees whose names I've unfortunately forgotten. That they were genuinely friendly to one another and to me stands out in my mind. I feel comfortable about my visit to their service department for a free oil change! It's important to mention how low pressure my buying experience was. I was only shown vehicles in my price range and that met my requirements. More
