No loaner available for me but guy next to me was offered lane that he could keep overnight at my five hour wait point. 3K later left and turned around in a block as new rear brakes were grinding. End of day and was told all would be well just let them “wear in.” After a week of grinding, brought back for recheck of new brakes. Arrived early, 45 minutes after appt time car hadn’t moved and same rep is in charge of the car. Asked for status update /time estimate and got nothing but excuses. Took he car and let. Service manager will not return phone calls. Took car to certified mechanic and turns out Corwin used the old clips, ground the pads to make them fit (ruined them) leaving a mismatch between rotors and calipers. Lazy repair. Easily remedied at the cost of new pads and caught in time to prevent more expensive damage. Really disappointing as they knew the 3K of maintenance was to make the vehicle tip top for newly commissioned daughter to use at first duty station before going to sea…a 1500 mile drive in two weeks. They have a nice honor our veterans post on Facebook. Their service for veterans and active duty falls short…actions not words. Make a mess for someone else to clean up. Will never go back. Will not recommend. More

Don’t buy your car here. 5months in and 2 visits later even with the “recommended, best” warranty I’m paying hundreds of dollars out of pocket. I called on Tuesday to make an appointment to get my wife's Honda Odyssey in to get 2 front tires and a front end alignment. She called me and said that she didn't have an appointment and they didn't have any record of an appointment. She just told them that she needed tires and an alignment. So now the bill is over $800 which we can't afford right now and I have lost all faith in the employees that can't figure out how to do their job and make an appointment when asked for one. If they would've just told me that they weren't making an appointment, I would've just called somewhere else that would've, I guess next time I will. More
