Hurry up and wait! Swindlers who try and keep money owed back to you! Give you $6k under KBB dealer value and then sell your trade in for KBB full value! Sell you a car Swindlers who try and keep money owed back to you! Give you $6k under KBB dealer value and then sell your trade in for KBB full value! Sell you a car with issues and then deny the breaks passed inspection when obviously I needed to get them fixed from a simple thing as the brackets were missing from the pads so the pads were falling around making noise! How does inspection miss that? Scary! Yes it made noise when I test drove it but it sounded like something loose on a bumper ie easy fix! But to deny the breaks are bad on their part is dangerously bad for the buyers safty! Plus the big selling point of the vehicle I was buying was the amazing backup camera and it didn’t even work! I went to Corwin for a fix 2 times and the second time, I sat for 6 hrs! Don’t even mention my $ owed to me from the extended warranty on my trade in..yup the guy argued with me telling me it’s a mistake and it’s going back to the sender and telling me it’s for them from the warranty. He wouldn’t listen to me even thou I was explaining the warranty wasn’t through them and it’s not Corwin’s $ to keep! Ladies beware! They will treat you like an idiot in front of everybody and it’s embarrassing but I didn’t back down and they finally gave me the check! They also documented my trade in miles about 53k less then what was on the odometer so go figure that one out! More

Had Multishield application done and that was very sloppy with drips and runs all over inside of car. Called Corwin after receiving the Recall from Honda for the steering gearbox issue to set up an appt. to have that taken care of. I was told they don’t have the parts yet, but would put me on the list and call me when I could bring the car in. Over 7,000 miles later, I needed to get my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. I was asked then if I wanted the Recall issue fixed and said, “I thought I was going to get a call on that.” I arrived for the appt. about an hour early and asked one of the employees where I should park my car since it was my first time there. He said to park it inside. There were about 6 cars ahead of me so waited in line outside for awhile. Finally, a guy came outside to get info from me, then said he would drive it in. I noticed he drove it in and left the emergency flashers on so I asked another service guy why the flashers were on. He said they do that so the guys working on vehicles know that it is an Express Lube. I said that I had an appt. for an oil change, tire rotation, and Recall fix. He said, “well you better go out to the garage then and turn the flashers off!” So I went out to the car and turned them off and thought what kind of a crappy dealership did I buy my vehicle from? Bryan, in the service dept. sent me a text stating I could check and track the status of my vehicle being serviced. I went on there several times throughout the afternoon to check on the progress of service on my vehicle as my daughter had picked me up for lunch and some shopping. Every time I checked the status on my vehicle, it said “service in progress”. I kept checking every so often but it was getting to be 5:45 pm and I don’t see well driving in the dark, especially 75 miles, so my daughter dropped me off to check on my car. I asked for Bryan to see if my car was done yet since it had been there for 5 1/2 hours, and the status was still showing “service in progress”.Bryan evidently had already left for the day. I asked another guy who was busy looking at his cell phone and he blew me off to another guy down the cubicle line. That guy was pissed that he had to help me and looked all over the dept. to see if my car was done and for paperwork and keys which he found behind Bryan’s cubicle. He came back to his desk and threw the plastic bag with the paperwork and keys down on the desk. I said, Are those the keys to my car?” He said, “Yep!” So my car was done even though Bryan never changed the status to inform me. In fact, my car was done at 2:45 according to the time on the paperwork. After receiving the paperwork from the “yep” guy I noticed the VIN Inquiry Acknowledgment document belonged to a guy that owned a Honda pilot so not my document. My paperwork must be in with another persons paperwork. Ugh! I went back in to talk to the crabby “yep” guy to ask for my paperwork and he told me to email Bryan in the morning for it. I said, “No! I want the copy now, because I figured with the shoddy service I received since purchasing the new vehicle, I would never get it! He reluctantly printed a copy for me. I asked crabby “yep” guy where my car was because it was dark out and I am not familiar with the car lot there. He said, “Use your panic button to find it”. This was and has been the worst buying and service experience I have EVER had, and I am 71 years old. I retired from a State Attorneys Office and with all of the yahoos we had to deal with, we never treated them so disrespectfully. For the heck of it, the next day I checked the status of the service on my car, even though it was home in my garage-“service in progress!” Unbelievable!!! More
I do not like the excessive selling, texts, or suggestions to fix unnecessary things. I was given $600 worth of suggested fixes when my vehicle was recently serviced. suggestions to fix unnecessary things. I was given $600 worth of suggested fixes when my vehicle was recently serviced. More
Lied about parts availability for a recall. I had to get Honda NA involved to get an appointment. Check in process was slow.
