Chad was an exceptional salesman. From the very beginning he made me feel as though I was heard. He gave me plenty of options and I didn't feel pressured into one option over the others. Usually salesman like to take advantage of girls like me because I am young and inexperienced with cars, but I didn't feel that at all with Chad.
