I called on Tuesday to make an appointment to get my wife's Honda Odyssey in to get 2 front tires and a front end alignment. They said they would get the tires ordered and she could show up sometime bet wife's Honda Odyssey in to get 2 front tires and a front end alignment. They said they would get the tires ordered and she could show up sometime between 10 and 11 today and was quoted $469.??. She called me and said that she didn't have an appointment and they didn't have any record of an appointment. She just told them that she needed tires and an alignment. So now the bill is over $800 which we can't afford right now and I have lost all faith in the employees that can't figure out how to do their job and make an appointment when asked for one. If they would've just told me that they weren't making an appointment, I would've just called somewhere else that would've, I guess next time I will. More
