I have been coming to this dealership for eighteen years. They have never done defective maintenance. I have been informed several times that Honda has extended warranty coverage even though the factory war They have never done defective maintenance. I have been informed several times that Honda has extended warranty coverage even though the factory warranty had expired.This has saved me several thousand dollars. Dealerships are generally more expensive than joe blow maintenance shops but I only want Honda to work on my vehicle.For many years I was an aircraft mechanic. That is why I want people with the training and factory parts working on my vehicle. Through the yeara I have owned six Honda vehicles. Two years ago I gave my sister my 2003 CRV with 90 k on tho odometer. It was driven from Montana to rural upstate ny. Today it has 200k and still going strong. I am not a shill for Honda. More

We stopped in to Corwin Honda as I was interested in buying a small truck. I was thinking about the Ranger and the RIdgeline and trying to decide between the two. Terran Jackson met us on the lot and we buying a small truck. I was thinking about the Ranger and the RIdgeline and trying to decide between the two. Terran Jackson met us on the lot and we went for a test drive in a Rdigeline. Terran was great in describing the details and special features of the truck. He endured my naive questions as well as my wife's! He let the truck sell itself and it worked! I hate buying cars, but this experience, thanks to Terran, was rather enjoyable. I wanted a red vehicle and he discovered that one was completing assembly and on its way. Great news! From then on he provided updates and was readily available to take further annoying questions. When the truck arrived he immediately sent a photo of it in the showroom! We returned to complete the deal and I was able to pick it up yesterday after completing some add ons we purchased. Everyone we dealt with at Corwin was professional, informative, helpful and never pushy, helping us get just we wanted. Terran in particular acted as an advocate for us. He was always respectful, responsive, pleasant, calm, positive and helpful. I am a retired Naval Officer and my wife was a Naval Officer also. Terran served as well and I think this mutual service background gave us added confidence during the purchase process. And, most of all, we got the truck we wanted in every respect and we love it .
