Ryan gave me excellent customer service!! For the past 18 months or so, Eisinger's customer service has been the tops! It's because of employees like Ryan; he was a pleasure to work with this last time....The reason I rated the service center 4 stars instead of 5 is because I still have a small bad taste in my mouth regarding the buying experience of my Honda at Eisinger. Part of my disatisfaction is related to the clumsy auto-starter that was installed in my 2016 car, which is very user unfriendly and was expensive at at extra $700. More

He was willing to contact Honda and explain the scenario and within 24 hrs had contacted and scheduled me for service. This is by far the best service ive had in 5 years of car ownership. More

Ridiculously expensive Took car for oil change tire rotation. Service call was an all day event. We were charged $104 dollars. Car had to be returned later in the week due t Took car for oil change tire rotation. Service call was an all day event. We were charged $104 dollars. Car had to be returned later in the week due to car rattling (had never done this before). It was blamed on tires now being out of balance. Was charged additional $34 to fix. Will not be back. More
