On phone and smoking vape instead of working on car. 5 oil instead of 6 like last time. New system all on phone, did not know this. Went shopping for a new vehicle and the kid we dealt with was very nice. However my wife the purchaser and people kept looking at me. Wife not happy. We also did not receive a 2nd key fob for our RDX. Sa was very nice. However my wife the purchaser and people kept looking at me. Wife not happy. We also did not receive a 2nd key fob for our RDX. Sales was no help with trying to find the 2nd FOB. My wife wanted the car anyway. We bought a replacement FOB on line but when we went to service the fellow I spoke to was less than helpful and stated they would charge me a fee for programing even if the FOB would not work. We were not offered any advice from the service person. We were forced to travel 4 hours to another dealer who helped us get a 2nd FOB. Not very supportive after the sale. We will think twice about shopping for vehicles and service after this experience. More
