Must have had multiple technicians working on my vehicle sine there were three services; flush and replace oil, transmission fluid and brake fluid done in less than an hour and a half. The service department was great. I made a appointment for my B1 service and my car was taken back on time. The only issue that I had was the time it took for the B1 service.
